St. John's Ambulance will be at the Quays Shopping Centre later, demonstrating life-saving skills.
They say just one in ten people know first aid.
And around a hundred and forty thousand UK deaths last year could have been prevented with the skills.
Doctor Maureen Howie Craig from St. John's says the aim's to show us how simple saving a life can be.
"They'll be demonstrating just how easy it is to do CPR, to stop a baby from choking and to know how to stop serious bleeding. These are all life-threatening conditions which are easily dealt with."
The demos will take place between 12pm and 4pm.
