A french tourist has been rescued after falling near Kinbane Castle in Ballycastle.
The Northern Ireland Ambulance Service received an emergency call at 12:19 this afternoon.
Red Bay Lifeboat crew assisted Coastguard teams from Ballycastle and Coleraine to transfer the woman by sea to Ballycastle Harbour into the care of the ambulance service.
Following assessment and initial treatment at the scene, the patient was transported to Causeway Hospital.
The woman is being treated for sustained injuries including a broken ankle.
