Two girls have been assaulted by a gang of young men who threw a bottle of bleach at them in central Newry.
It happened on Monday but police have just released the information.
They say there were about 11 involved in the assault which is understood to have taken place between 9pm and 9:30pm near the Quays Shopping centre car park, towards the Drumalane side.
Witnesses and anyone who can help identify those involved are asked to contact police at Ardmore Station by dialling 101 and quoting ref 1269 14/8/17.
