Plans to develop a retail complex beside the Castledawson Roundabout have been given the go-ahead.
The proposed development on land owned by Mid-Ulster Auctions is costing in the region of £1.5m.
A service station, shops and a cafe form part of the plans. More than 100 jobs could be created.
Approval has been granted by Mid-Ulster District Council’s planning committee.
