H&W's multi-million pound deal creates more than 100 new jobs

Harland and Wolff is to create more than a hundred new jobs after clinching a multi-million pound deal.

The Queen's Island manufacturer is to make 24 steel foundation jackets for Scottish Power Renewables. 

They'll be used in the construction of wind turbines to be used in the North Sea.

The company says they'll be as prominent in the Belfast skyline as the famous Samson and Goliath cranes.
