"I'll break drug dealers' legs" vows ex-MLA

A former South Antrim MLA says he'll "break the legs" of any drug dealer he finds selling killer substances to children.

Councillor Adrian Watson was speaking after a fourteen year old family member collapsed in the street after taking an illegal narcotic.

And he repeats this message to dealers:
