The Jet Centre in Coleraine has been evacuated this evening.
Photos show fire crews, ambulance and paramedics at the scene but it's not immediately clear exactly what has happened.
The complex on Riverside Park South has a cinema, bowling and indoor arcade.
People who had been watching films were forced to leave and assemble in the car park.
