A local woman is at the court of appeal today in a bid to halt the Carlingford Ferry.
The Greencastle to Greenore crossing will be the first to carry passengers and vehicles across the lough.
Greencastle local Christine Gibson's against it, citing environmental impact, lack of infrastructure and impact on wildlife.
The ferry arrived at Carlingford in the last few days, ahead of its official launch which is scheduled for the June 1st.
