Man attacked near Maghera Leisure Centre

A 40-year-old man sustained face and head injuries in a daylight attack near the entrance to Maghera Leisure Centre.

The incident occurred on the Coleraine Road, near the car park.

Police say it took place sometime between 5.30pm and 6pm on Sunday, September 4.

They've just released details.
