Man dies at Body and Soul Festival Co Westmeath

A man has died at Body and Soul festival in County Westmeath.

The 31 year old collapsed at about 3pm yesterday afternoon.

He was treated at the festival's medical tent by paramedics and a consultant doctor but passed away at the scene.

A post mortem will be carried out over the coming days but his death is not being treated as suspicious.

It's the first time someone has died at the festival, which has been running for eight years.
