Man hospitalised after attack involving masked men armed with baseball bats in Coalisland

A man has sustained head injuries after being attacked by masked men armed with baseball bats in Coalisland. 

Two suspects wearing balaclavas entered a house in the Gortgonis Road area shortly after 10pm last night. 

They attacked the occupant, who was taken to hospital for treatment following the incident. 

Police enquiries into the incident are ongoing. 

Anyone with information or those who may be able to assist the investigation, is asked to call the PSNI on the non-emergency 101 number quoting reference number 1741 20/01/21.
