A 37-year-old man is in a critical but stable condition in hospital following an assault in Belfast.
It happened at a flat in the Great Victoria Street at around 6.00am on Saturday 3rd August.
Detective Inspector Tom Phillips said, “We are appealing for anyone who may have witnessed the assault, or who may have information which can assist with the investigation to contact detectives in Belfast on 101 quoting reference number 496 of 03/08/19.”
Alternatively, information can also be provided to the independent charity Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111 which is 100% anonymous and gives people the power to speak up and stop crime.
