Police are investigating a ‘vicious attack’ in east Belfast.
A man in his 30s was assaulted by a number of other men while walking on Ravenhill Avenue.
He sustained a broken nose, a fracture to his eye socket and cuts bruises during the incident which happened around 8pm.

A PSNI spokesperson said: ''Detectives are investigating the report of an assault at Ravenhill Avenue, east Belfast, on Wednesday 31st March.
''It was reported that a man, aged in his 30’s, was attacked by a number of males as he walked along Ravenhill Avenue at around 8pm.
''The man sustained a broken nose and a fracture to an eye socket and other cuts and bruising as a result of the incident.''
Detective Sergeant Natalie Moore added: “Our enquiries into this vicious attack are ongoing and I would ask anyone who witnessed the incident or was travelling in the area and may have dashcam footage to contact detectives at Musgrave on the non-emergency number 101 quoting reference 1975 31/03/21, or to submit a report online using the non-emergency reporting form.''
