A man's been shot in the leg in a paramilitary style attack in West Belfast.
It happened shortly before half 9 last night on the Monagh Road.
The 27 year old was taken to hospital following the attack, which police have described at 'cowardly' and 'despicable'.
Police appeal for information following a paramilitary style shooting in Monagh Road, Belfast this evening in which a 27 year old man received a gunshot wound to his leg. Any information to detectives at Musgrave on 101 or Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111 quoting ref 2168 06/09/19.
