An investigation is underway after a knife was pulled on a teenage girl in Newcastle.
Police say on Saturday they received a report that a man in his 20s had poured a drink over the girl.
When another man came to her assitance he pulled out a knife and left on foot.
Officers are now trying to find both men.
The one who was allegedly carrying a knife is described as wearing a navy-coloured tee-shirt and bottoms.
Police are keen to hear from witnesses who were outside the Subway on Main Street at around 5:45pm on Saturday evening.
