The growing importance of the 'Men's Shed' culture here has been acknowledged by Mid and East Antrim Council.
Run by men for men, the community projects often focus on gardening or workshops.
Councillors have now pledged to help set up more Men's Sheds - which started Down Under - across the Borough.
