Detectives are appealing for witnesses after a man armed with a knife snatched cash from a shop in Banbridge on Saturday evening.
Police say he entered the premises on Rathfriland Street shortly before 7pm and took the money from behind the counter himself.
He has been described as being in his 20s, six foot tall, and as wearing a black hooded top.
Two female staff members have been left badly shaken by the ordeal, but otherwise unharmed.
Detectives in Lurgan are appealing for anyone who was in the area and who noticed a male matching the description given or anyone who may have dash-cam footage from the area at around the time of the incident to contact them on 101 quoting reference 1638 29/01/22.
