South Antrim's Europhile MP is welcoming yesterday's High Court ruling, which may delay Brexit.
A judge decided the UK Government can't trigger Article 50 to leave the EU, without first asking MPs.
But MP Danny Kinahan is pledging not to obstruct the Brexit process:
