A young boy with a life threaten form of Epilepsy has travelled to L.A. in the hope of receiving treatment.
Billy Caldwell has a condition called Intractable Epilepsy and is a Status Epileptic, which means he can't come out of his seizures on his own.
Almost a decade ago his life was saved by an American epileptologist.
However, his condition has returned and seizures have started again.
Mum Charlotte Caldwell has to give him Diazepam and oxygen when he takes a seizure.
She spoke to Q radio about how people can donate.
