Pupils across Northern Ireland are getting their GCSE results today.
About 30,000 local students will be told how they fared later this morning.
Last year pupils in Northern Ireland outperformed those in the rest of the UK in terms of A*-C grades at GCSE.
The Department for the Economy is encouraging those receiving exam results to avail of assistance offered by its Careers Service.
