Northern Ireland's lights could go out in 2021 because of an energy crisis, South Antrim MP Danny Kinahan is warning.
And he says the lack of a Stormont Executive is exacerbating the problem.
And the NI Affairs Committee, on which he sits, says power bills will soar unless works starts now on a North-South interconnector.
Mr Kinahan says other factors will contribute to a 'perfect storm' for consumers:
