The Police Ombudsman has made a personal plea for anyone with information on the Greenvale Hotel tragedy to get in touch...

The victims were 17-year-old Morgan Barnard and Lauren Bullock, and Connor Currie who was 16.

They died in a crush involving hundreds of young people queuing to get into a St Patrick's Day disco at the Cookstown venue.

The initial police response has been referred by the PSNI to Ombudsman Michael Maguire after it emerged the first officers who arrived at the scene withdrew to await support.

It will be one of Dr. Maguire's last major investigations as he leaves the role in July at the end of his seven year term...
