Police were called out in Strabane following the discovery of a suspicious device last night.
The object was found on the walkway which runs from Ballycolman Avenue, behind the medical centre towards Knockavoe Crescent.
Evacuation of elderly Strabane residents, during early hours, thankfully been avoided. Area still closed. Thanks to our emergency services. pic.twitter.com/Zec03E0eBo
