A pensioner has died in a single vehicle collision just outside Banbridge.
It happened on Trough Lane in Gilford just before 3pm yesterday afternoon.
The driver, an 80-year-old man, was pronounced dead at the scene.
A PSNI spokesperson confirmed officers attended the incident at around 2.55pm yesterday.
Inspector Leslie Badger added: "Sadly the driver of the vehicle, an 80-year-old man, was pronounced dead at the scene.
“Enquiries are now underway to ascertain the circumstances of the incident."
