A Warrenpoint farmer has been convicted for failing to register and to identify 15 of his pig herd.
John McCracken was also charged for not completing an Aujeszky's disease surveillance test.
He pleaded guilty and was hit with a £300 fine.
He was also ordered to pay £344.12 for the Aujeszky's test, and a £15 offender levy.
