Police are investigating after a report of a young woman's body found off the Saintfield Road near Belfast.
The discovery was made in an area of water in the Newton Park / Four Winds area earlier today.
Formal identification has yet to take place, and police are continuing to investigate the cause of death.
It's understood that searches took place in the area today linked to a missing person's case.
Sixteen year old Kloe Aiken Smith was last seen in Lisburn yesterday. Police said that the family were "extremely concerned" for the missing teen.
In a recent statement the PSNI said "Police are investigating the circumstances surrounding the sudden death of a female in the Four Winds area of Belfast this afternoon.
A post mortem is due to be carried out and there are no further details at this stage."
