A spate of scam phone calls have been reported in the Armagh, Banbridge and Craigavon borough.

Q Radio understands there's been a spate of scam calls across the Armagh, Banbridge and Craigavon borough.

The automated message claims to be from HM Revenue and Customs, informing the householder their tax is in arrears.

Police say they have received more than fifteen reports of the calls and are expecting the number to rise.

They are encouraging us to warn vulnerable and elderly neighbours.
