An MLA's calling on a renewable energy approach to address a surge in botulism.

South Down's Harold McKee was speaking after DAERA figures were released.
They showed a hundred and eighty-six confirmed cases of the fatal cattle disease in five years.
It's understood the disease is linked with poultry litter.
Mr McKee says the Executive needs to tackle the situation before cattle stocks become depleted:
