That's according to one local Sinn Féin councillor who has called on Oaklee housing association to build a wall to protect its homes.
It follows several incidents were cars have been burnt out in the car park close to the area.
In one incident a car that was set alight caught fire to an oil tank, nearly burning down a nearby bungalow.
Councillor Tony Hassan said it would give residents a better quality of life, many of whom are old
aged pensioners.
