Campaigners to keep Daisy Hill's Emergency Department full-time are gaining worldwide support.
The group of concerned local residents issued a social media invitation for people to show appreciation for the Newry hospital.
Staff shortages have threatened its A&E with reduced opening hours.
The group has been asking for messages and pictures with the hashtag save daisy hill.
They have received photos from as far afield as New Zealand, Shanghai and Toronto.
