Ballymena needs a brand new leisure centre and a good location would be the Saint Patrick's Barracks site, an MLA suggests.

The existing Seven Towers Centre is crumbling and Council IS considering a new-build leisure centre as one option.

Paul Frew concedes "we need a new road network through the site to open it up, but says the potential is enormous".
