Spate of 'cat thefts' spreads from Newry to Dublin

Most of the fifty cats reported over the weekend went missing in Dublin.

Around fifty missing cats have been added to a list of disappeared pets in just a day.

Since January Newry shop Pet Connection has been plotting the disappearances on a regional map.

They say the cat thefts, which began in the Newry area have spread to Belfast and as far as Dublin.
