Surge in Break-ins prompts Neighbourhood Watch set up

Camlough's to set up a Neighbourhood Watch scheme.

It follows the escalation of robberies in the area.
Fourteen have been recorded in the past two weeks as well as several attempted break-ins.
Declan Murphy from Camlough Community Association says locals are against this becoming the norm.

The day after a break-in at an elderly resident's home on Tuesday (29th November), Declan spoke to Q Radio's Iveren McCallion who began by asking if this was thought to be a targeted operation by organised thieves.
