The Taoiseach's echoed assurances to maintain free movement between Ireland and the UK have been welcomed.
Enda Kenny was addressing delegates at a business lunch in Newry yesterday.
His visit followed an all-Ireland forum on Brexit earlier this week.
Junior chamber of commerce president Nicole Curran says the common goal between all involved removes some uncertainty.
Speaking on the Q Cafe she said, "While we were strong advocates of the Remain campaign, we are encouraged that the NI Executive and Irish and UK Government have been unanimous in their view that we maintain an open border."
