Today marks Q Radio's third annual 'Q Radiothon', a one day on air fundraiser for four of Northern Ireland's leading cancer and end of life charities.
All money raised by listeners will go directly to Action Cancer, Cancer Fund for Children, Friends of the Cancer Centre and Marie-Curie.
Across the day we'll be hearing stories from families supported by the important work the charities do.
Q Radio's Sinead Cavanagh is hoping listeners will dig deep and donate what they can to support those affected by serious illness.
"Q Radiothon does fantastic work every year but this year is particularly important.
"Our charity partners provide a lifeline to so many local people who are still affected by cancer and life limiting illness.
"Our listeners can really make a difference."

Q Radio's presenters are also taking part in their own challenges to raise money.
Yesterday our mid morning presenter Yazz started a sponsored silence in support of the fundraising campaign and she'll be staying silent until her show at 10am today.

Jordan Humphries and Steve Turnbull, current breakfast show presenters who are soon to take over the afternoon slot, are doing an eating challenge.
The pair are racing to see who can eat a bowl of Weetabix and baked beans the fastest, a challenge that has gone viral on social media.
Drive presenter Ibe Sesay is also hosting a Music Quiz this evening at 7.30pm.
