Around 14,000 P7 pupils in Northern Ireland are set to receive their transfer test results on Saturday.
It is the first outcomes from the new common transfer exam which replaces the separate tests run by AQE and PPTC.
It was the biggest change to the post-primary system since 2008 when the state run 11-plus test came to an end.
The results are being used by mostly grammar schools across Northern Ireland to decide which pupils to admit.
