Two men have been robbed at knife point just outside Belfast city centre.
They were threatened by two men after getting out of a car on Corporation Street at 9.35pm last night.
The assailants made off with a mobile phone, wallet and a sum of money.
Detective Sergeant Faulkner said: “At around 9:35pm, it was reported that two men were parked in a car park in the area.
"The men then exited the car when they were approached by two unknown men.
"The men then threatened the two men, with one of them armed with a suspected knife.
"The men then took a mobile phone, a wallet and a sum of money from the men and then made off from the scene.
“A short time later, two men aged 26 and 24 years old were arrested on suspicion of robbery and other offences following the incident.
"Both men are currently in police custody.
"Enquiries are continuing and we would appeal to anyone with any information or who saw anything suspicious in the area to contact detectives on 101, quoting reference number 1743 14/11/20."
