An uninsured driver was arrested after crashing and abandoning a vehicle in Stewartstown.
The PSNI's Air Support unit and dog handlers assisted after two men escaped from the vehicle.
They made off across fields.
The driver was arrested in a nearby field and police tracked the other man to an address in the town.
He was arrested on suspicion of drugs offences, possessing an offensive weapon, and having no licence or insurance.
