Unite union members will picket tonight's monthly meeting of Causeway Coast and Glens Borough Council.
They say it's over the Council's failure to pay some of their workers the UK Living Wage, which currently stands at £8.45 an hour.
Unite says while relatively few of their Council workers are paid less than that, the impact on those living on 'poverty pay' is dramatic.
Q Radio has forwarded Unite's statement to Causeway Coast and Glens Borough Council, who haven't so far responded.
