Up to 400 jobs are being created in Newry and internationally.

The positions at First Derivatives have been created through organic growth on the heels of an announcement last week of a 20% leap in profits.

More than 1,750 are employed worldwide by the Newry-based global player.

The finance and technology giant is starting up two new programmes to cater for talented graduates who come up short of their long-established scheme.
