The Bessbrook community has hit out against vandals after a life-ring was thrown in a pond.
It is understood it happened yesterday (Tuesday).
The residents group says such anti-social behaviour is putting lives at risk.
They're concerned if it continues, life-saving equipment won't be available when it's needed.
Police have been informed and anyone with information is asked to contact them by dialling 101.
