A young boy has died after being struck by a vehicle in Bessbrook this morning.
He was taken to hospital after the incident in Dobson Way but has since passed away as a result of his injuries.
Inspector Denise Graham is appealing for anyone who witnessed the collision to contact officers in Newry by calling 101.
