A local young carer's been speaking about the importance of speaking out during Huntington's Disease Awareness month.
HD is a genetic disorder which damages or kills the neurons in the brain.
Armagh local Ashley Clarke and her brother became their dad's carers when he was diagnosed ten years ago.
She told Q Radio what led to her starting her own campaign called '#I'm not drunk' to raise awareness of HD:
