Mid Ulster DUP Assemblyman Keith Buchanan has written to the Justice Minister to highlight the bail conditions imposed on dissident republicans.
It follows the revelation that Damien McLaughlin had his bail conditions relaxed to go on a spa break in Fermanagh.
He's accused of the murder of Cookstown prison officer David Black.
Mr Buchanan says the relaxation of McLaughlin’s bail conditions has upset many people within the community - especially the Black family.
He says it's time for the court system to treat terrorism-related charges with the seriousness they demand.
Mr Buchanan has asked the Minister of Justice, Claire Sugden to outline if there will be a review of how bail conditions are monitored.
McLaughlin is currently charged with aiding and abetting Mr Black’s murder, having a Toyota Camry car for use in terrorism, preparing a terrorist act, and membership of the IRA.
