Two more people have died in the past 24 hours after having tested positive for Covid-19 and an additional 2,053 new cases have been diagnosed.
There are 466 people in hospital who have tested positive for coronavirus and two of them are in ICU, being ventilated.
Eight hospitals are operating over capacity today.
There are outbreaks in 158 care homes and the death toll since the pandemic began stands at 3,232.
