Cyclist in critical condition after being found with head injury in Belfast

A cyclist is in a critical condition in hospital, after being found with a serious head injury in Belfast.

The 21 year-old was found on Woodstock Link around half 8 on Sunday night.

It is not yet known how he sustained his injuries.
