A man in his twenties has been charged with a number of driving offences including causing grievous bodily injury by dangerous driving.
It follows a road traffic collision involving a motorcycle and a car in the Dock Street area of Belfast on Sunday 18th August.
Two men who were travelling on the motorbike at the time were taken to hospital for treatment of their injuries.
The driver of the car sustained minor injuries.
Meanwhile, the 26-year-old suspect also faces charges of driving whilst disqualified, handling stolen goods and using a motor vehicle without insurance.
He is due to appear at Belfast Magistrates' Court this morning.
As is normal procedure, all charges will be reviewed by the PPS.
