A 24 year old man's been charged in connection with a stabbing in South Belfast.
A man was taken to hospital following the incident in the Boucher Road area yesterday afternoon.
The suspect is due before Belfast Magistrates this morning, charged with offences including grievous bodily harm with intent.
A PSNI sataement said, "Detectives investigating a stabbing incident in the Boucher Road area of Belfast at around 2pm on Thursday 26th December have charged a man, aged 24, with offences including grievous bodily harm with intent."
"He is due to appear at Belfast Magistrates' Court this morning (Friday, 27th December). "
"As is usual procedure the charges will be reviewed by the Public Prosecution Service. "
