Men injured in two separate assaults in Belfast and Armagh

A man in his thirties is in a serious condition in hospital - following an assault in Belfast.

The attack happened around half 1 this morning in the Gordon Street area.

Two men have been arrested in connection with the attack - and are in police custody.

Elsewhere,

A vulnerable adult has been attacked by two men in Bessbrook County Armagh.

It happened outside the Cloughreagh Community Centre just after 10 last night.

The attackers jumped out of a Dark coloured VW Jetta and set upon the man.

Anyone with information's being urged to contact police.
