The recent mini-housing boom continues in Omagh as over 40 new homes have been earmarked for the area.
Dromore based company Newpark developments are seeking planning permission for the construction of 28 two story semi-detached houses in the car park of the former Nestle site.
They're planning a further 3 detached properties on the site aswell, on the Beltany Road.
There are also other developments in the pipeline for the company on the Circular and Drumnakilly roads. Meanwhile, they have other constructions underway and available in the Fermanagh area.
Chieftan Homes in Fintona are seeking the greenlight for 14 homes on the outskirts of the Omagh town, close to the Fairways development on the Ballynahatty Road.
These latest applications come only months after planning permission had been submitted for more than 100 new homes across West Tyrone.
The areas include Beragh, Sixmilecross, Eskra, Carrickmore and Loughmacrory.
